No Current Vacancies
This role offers either casual or permanent part-time employment options, with a minimum of 3 days per week currently available (likely Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday), along with the opportunity for additional shifts if desired.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice while delivering a high level of customer service and patient care.
The role requires someone who is highly organised, able to multitask in a busy environment, and maintains a professional and compassionate manner when dealing with patients, referrers, and medical professionals.
Previous experience in the medical or radiology industry is preferred, however it is not essential for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and assisting patients
- Managing bookings and appointments
- Answering phone and email enquiries
- Processing patient information accurately
- Liaising with doctors, allied health professionals, and clinic staff
- Maintaining patient confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Supporting the smooth daily operation of the clinic
About You
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills
- Has strong attention to detail
- Is organised and able to multitask effectively
- Presents professionally and works well within a team
- Is confident using computer systems and learning new software
- Experience in medical reception or radiology is advantageous but not required
